September 6: HONEY SLIDER

Honey Slider is a folk/rock/blues trio comprised of Caity Gallagher on vocals and keys, Alec Lewis on vocals and guitar, and Will Kidder on bass. Caity and Alec began writing together in 2013 and released their debut album Unearned Unhappiness in 2016. The band's recent single "Hard to Breathe" can be found on all music streaming sites. Honey Slider plans to release a 7 song EP this fall.

September 13: JULIA ALSARRAF

Julia Alsarraf is a multi-talented artist who brings her unique vision of the world into her songwriting. In addition to her own music, she also enjoys working across genres with other musicians. Julia has performed with groups in the Capital Region (Joy Adler & the Souls of Evolution, My Survival Kit, Walking X-Ray) and her hometown of Houston, TX (Cari Q, Left to Write, Remnants of Polaris). Keep an ear out for her upcoming project, Paintbrush Charlie.

September 20: USELESS DUO

Born in New York's Capital Region, the Useless Duo (aka Useless Cans) have been bringing a mix of old-time jazz, folk and traditional Russian tunes to their audiences since 2016. The group combines elements of music’s past along with a contemporary perspective.  Useless Duo have performed for the American Roots Music Series, Caffe Lena, Cafe Livre Concert Series in Long Lake and Saranac Lake’s Party on the Patio. They have shared the stage with Ryan Montbleau and Hot Club of Cowtown among many others. 

September 27: GIRL POWER

Girl Power fronted by singer/songwriter Erin Powers has played at various cafes, coffee houses, and open mics in and around the Capital District area. Some of Erins' best performances have occured at Jitters Cafe, MochaBlend Cafe, Slow Jeds Mudhouse, Flavour Cafe, Moon and River Cafe, Professor Javas, Caffe Lena, the Troy Farmers Market, and the occasional random street corner.
