Tom Rush was there when the folk revival happened in the 1960's. He has been credited for the singer-songwriter revolution. He also has been credited for helping us hear of artists like Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne and James Taylor.
James Taylor has said "there'd be no James Taylor without Tom Rush." Tom Rush is far more humble about the influence he's had on music. And he has "no regrets," and says he's thankful for that song and many others. Hear him play a few songs, and we talk about his life in music.
