Capital Pride Center has been open since 1970, the longest running Pride Center in the nation. So, you might not be surprised to learn that our Pride Fest is the largest celebration of Pride in the northeast (outside of NYC and Boston).
I spoke with Capital Pride Center executive director Nathaniel Gray about the importance of the Pride Center, the importance of the month, and the fun of Pride Fest.
This year's Pride Fest is Sunday, June 11 from 12-5p. But it does all get started with the parade that will take off at about 1130am.
