Amorak Youth in Hudson Falls hosts a variety of programs for teens and youth in and around the Fort Edward and Hudson Falls region, bringing art, theater, nature, music, and more to the youth of our communities.
Bob Bates, who was Amorak's music program director, and member of Local 518 bluegrass outfit, Dyer Switch Band, passed away last Fall leaving a huge hole in our hearts and community. Amorak Youth director Sandy Sherman tells us how Bob's musical partner and bandmate JoAnn Sifo has stepped in to further the progress made by her friend and collaborator.
