Rhett Miller just released a stunningly brilliant new album called The Misfit. Written and recorded relatively quickly in upstate New York, the new songs are dreamy and introspective . Rhett tells Dave Michaels that he and Hudson Valley neighbor/producer/multi-instrumentalist Sam Cohen went into the studio with no expectations for how the songs should sound.
