AMORAK Youthin Hudson Falls hosts a variety of programs for teens and youth in and around the Fort Edward and Hudson Falls region, bringing art, theater, nature, music, and more to the youth of our communities.
Today we talk with AMORAK music director, JoAnn Sifo about the Bob Bates AMORAK Players. JoAnn stepped into the role following the sudden loss of her musical collaborator and bandmate Bob Bates who created the music program at the local non-profit, providing local students the opportunity to learn musical instruments at no cost.
A second annual concert featuring students and instructors from AMORAK, called the Bob Bates AMORAK Players, will take place Sunday, March 3rd at 2pm at The Strand Theatre in Hudson Falls. Enjoy an afternoon of home grown music, a 50/50 raffle and bake sale. Get tickets HERE.
