Join the American Cancer Society for a day of thrills and family fun while raising money and awareness for a good cause. You are encouraged to join the American Cancer Society of the Capital Region at the Park of Hope Celebration at Six Flags Great Escape on Saturday, July 13th to learn more about how you can help and be helped by local programs.
There will be ways to honor and celebrate our cancer survivors all day, and the day will end with a remembrance (Luminaria) ceremony followed by a fun hour just for guests.

WEXT's intern, Conor Walsh with special guest Alex Hitrick, will perform at the event in the evening at 7:30pm. Conor is hoping that you may contribute to his "Say 'Yes' to Fight Cancer" Campaign. Every dollar made off of his song "Yes," which can be downloaded only off of BandCamp at this link, will be put towards the Park of Hope fundraising efforts.
