Empire Live COVID Policy
The health and safety of our patrons, staff and the artists that come to visit us and provide amazing entertainment are of the utmost importance to us; and as a venue, we are being required to meet certain health standards. Due to the current surge of COVID cases because of the Delta Variant, our COVID protocol policy for Empire Live/Empire Underground is that all concertgoers must be vaccinated and wear masks upon entrance. We will be requiring proof of vaccination via the Excelsior Pass phone app, photo of your vaccination card, or the physical card itself for entry into our shows. In addition to this, for our non-vaccinated patrons, we will be requiring proof of a negative COVID -19 test taken 48 hours prior to the event. Testing will not be done at the door.
