The Capital Region's hometown fair features exciting midway rides and games, live music on two stages, the Royal Hanneford Circus, BMX Stunt Show, Live Shark Show, racing pigs, Master Hypnotist Michael DeSchalit, a demolition derby, Wall of Death motorcycle thrill show (Aug. 18-20), animal barns, livestock shows, Uncharted Wild exotic reptiles, Lumberjack Show, Altamont Country Store, Blue Ribbon Cooking Center activities, exhibits, demonstrations, tasty carnival eats and more.

Admission: $5 on Tuesday (free for kids under 36" tall); $13 for ages 11 & older Wednesday - Sunday ($11 online in advance); free Wednesday - Sunday for ages 10 & younger

Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36" and taller) are $25 Tuesday and $30 Wednesday - Sunday (or $25 online before Aug. 15). Ride tickets are also available on the midway.

Fair gates open at noon on Tuesday and 10 am Wednesday - Sunday. Midway hours: 2-10pm Tuesday, noon-10pm Wednesday - Thursday, noon-11pm Friday - Saturday, noon-8pm Sunday
