The Alzheimer's Association Northeastern New York chapter is hosting a free Caregiver Conference. There will be presentations and discussions around topics such as preparing for disease progression and transition between stages, legal and financial planning, and advances in research. You'll have an opportunity to ask questions and connect with other caregivers in your community. Lunch will be provided.
