Recognizing and Coping with Caregiver Stress for Alzheimer’s Caregivers (online program)
On Thurs., Feb. 8 at 7 p.m., the Alzheimer’s Association of Northeastern New York will present an online education program, Recognizing and Coping with Caregiver Stress. During this 60-minute program a local dementia expert from the Alzheimer’s Association of Northeastern New York will discuss what causes those who care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia to experience emotional and physical stress, and how to handle the stress of caregiving effectively.
Audience – anyone who is actively caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia, or anyone who knows someone who is a caregiver.
