"It was a Christmas gift," Keb' Mo' exclaims! The five-time Grammy Award winner says he woke up early one morning last December and wrote "The Medicine Man" in about 15 minutes. He then emailed Ketch Secor, lead singer of Grammy-winning mountain music revivalists Old Crow Medicine Show who went into a studio and recorded their parts for the single. Keb' describes Ketch as, "a man after my heart." He says Ketch "took matters in his own hands and just (hand clap) went and did it."
