Black History Month is February, and for 2025, we've come up with a month long celebration of some of the greatest Black artists we play. Each day will feature music from a different artist. Some days will feature music from larger realms of music - Stax Saturdays, Motown Mondays and The Women of Soul days will each feature music pertaining to the special days chosen.

The Diver Library does a lot of really cool and creative things. One of those is part of the annual summer reading program that becomes the spring board for a summer project of making an album of songs - written by library patrons of all ages, but particularly those of school age.

The latest album from Blonde Redhead is "Sit Down for Dinner." Amedeo Pace of the band talks with me about their music, about the band, and about ...dinner. Blonde Redhead will be at the Meadowlark Festival on September 15th.
