James Felice stopped by WEXT for an intimate session and conversation, sharing songs from his 2025 album The Little Ones. Joined by Chris Wienk, the two dug into the inspiration behind the record, revealing that “the little ones” are, in fact, insects—part of James Felice’s growing creative focus on photographing the natural world.
That perspective carries into the music, with songs that feel both grounded and quietly observant. During his visit, James Felice also took to the Steinway at the WMHT-TV studios, delivering a raw, expressive performance that brought the new material to life.
