Nocturnne: New Music, New Heights, and an Indie Whims Adventure
Nocturnne is always looking for the next peak — musically and literally.
The Local 518 artist blends indie rock, dreamy textures and plenty of emotional honesty into music that feels both intimate and expansive. And when she’s not writing and performing, she’s working toward another very different goal: becoming a 46er by climbing all 46 of the Adirondack High Peaks.
That spirit of exploration carries into her music. Nocturnne recently stopped by WEXT to talk about what she’s been creating — and played us a brand-new song that offers a glimpse of where her music is headed next.
