A few years ago, Kathy Mattea was finding that her voice wasn't what it once used to be. It was a cause for serious concern. After some digging and investigation, she ascertained the change in her voice was something occurring along with the onset of menopause and aging. She took some advice, and found a new voice teacher.
After some work and practice, she found the sound for her voice. The result was her new album, "Pretty Bird."
