I love it when music and a performance just speak to you. Well, that is exactly what happened when we made a stop on the Make Music Day Troy Walking Tour with the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall.
She was out on the street, under a little pop up tent. Aila Chiar is her name. Her passionate and highly energetic short set (we all ran inside when the big storm came) lit up the street.
Aila is super engaging with her audience. She reaches out both figuratively and literally. You will hear it in this session we did with her about a week later.
