Greg Farley - the Hudson Valley born and bred multi-instrumentalist and songwriter has spent the last decade touring and recording with The Felice Brothers before becoming an accompanist for acclaimed singer-songwriter Conor Oberst.
Now, striking out on his own with his debut LP Taker Easy, he mines his own history for stories of class struggle, nature, love, pain, work, and family, all set against a backdrop of the northeast.
Farley has some upcoming shows in our region -- Thursday, August 23rd he's playing Radio Bean in Burlington, Vermont; and on Thursday, August 30th he'll be at The Colony in Woodstock. He's also playing shows in New Haven, Connecticut and Rosendale, New York between now and the end of the year.
