We are all deeply saddened by the passing of Miss Sharon Jones; a pint-sized powerhouse of a soul singer who lost her courageous battle against pancreatic cancer on November 18 at the age of 60.
While we mourn her loss, I thought it'd be great to share this with you. In December of 2015, I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Sharon backstage at The Egg about her recently released album, "It's a Holiday Soul Party!" Despite knowing the cancer had returned when we recorded this, she was so jovial, so full of life! I made our recording into a special radio show last year. I thought maybe sharing this with you could put a smile on your face.
