Carolyn Shapiro dazzled us with her debut entry, "Where I'm Supposed to Be." We agreed with that statement. Making music is exactly where we want her to be.
She is about to release her second EP called "Take It Easy." She dropped by to play a few songs from it, and talk about her new day gig at Comfort Food Community. Carolyn shared stories about her songs, making music, and the folks who helped make this second effort a reality.
The EP comes out on Friday, February 2, 2024. Hear tracks from it all throughout the day, but you can hear the whole EP Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 8pm (the night before release). Her CD release show is set for Sunday, February 4th at Caffe Lena.
