On May 17, 2025, the Cohoes Music Hall will host a special tribute concert celebrating the 55th anniversary of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young’s seminal album Déjà Vu. Organized by local singer-songwriter and event producer Zan Strumfeld, the evening will feature performances of the album in its entirety, along with selections from the band members' solo projects.
Matt Plummer of Bendt will be joined on stage by an outstanding group of local musicians: Mike O'Donnell, Chris Carey, James Gascoyne, and Matt Griffin—each bringing their own talent and reverence for the iconic record.
Ahead of the show, Matt spoke with WEXT’s Chris Wienk about the album’s lasting impact, the collaborative spirit behind the performance, and what makes Déjà Vu so timeless. Strumfeld, known for her successful tributes to Carole King and Simon & Garfunkel, once again brings the community together to celebrate the legacy of music that shaped a generation.
